Latest PostGoodbye
That's all from us for today, thanks as always for your company throughout the afternoon.
It was a historic day for Stockport and Wrexham, who both secured promotion to League One next season. Mansfield are in the box seat to join them.
In League One, leaders Portsmouth have to wait for their move up to the Championship to be rubber-stamped after being held by Bolton, but it was a good day for Derby, who now look favourites to join Pompey in going up automatically.
We're back on Tuesday night when we will bring you all the action from seven League One games and five from League Two.
Enjoy your Saturday evening!
Bottom of League Two
The basement is getting darker and darker for Forest Green, who are rapidly running out of candles - they need to win both their final two games and hope Colchester and Sutton fail to pick up points to have any chance of avoiding the drop.
Colchester and Grimsby are not giving up without a fight, wins at Crawley (3-2) and Crew (3-0) respectively giving their fans hope as we enter the season's finale.
Despite earning a point today, Sutton United are also firmly in the mire with only two games left.
How it stands at top of League Two
Stockport and Wrexham are both heading to League One after wins over Morecambe (2-0) and Forest Green (6-0) respectively sealed them automatic promotion. Let the celebrations begin.
Mansfield Town are almost certain to claim the third automatic slot after their second-half flurry earned them a 4-1 win over closest rivals MK Dons, who now trail Mansfield by five points with only two games left.
One more point would realistically do it for Nigel Clough's side, who have a vastly superior goal difference to MK, who look bound for the play-offs.
Chasers Crewe, Barrow and Crawley all dropped points, leaving the door ajar for Doncaster and Gillingham to possibly force their way into the a play-off spot with a late push.
Fleetwood fight on and Burton earn timely win
Fleetwood live to fight another day after a 2-0 win over Northampton, with both goals coming in the opening half-hour. They could have been relegated today had they lost and other results went against them.
Burton picked a good time to win for the first time in 11 games as they beat Stevenage 2-1.
More good news for Albion is that relegation rivals Cheltenham and Port Vale both suffered home losses. Vale's defeat being made worse by the fact they were 2-0 up until almost the hour mark, only to lose 4-2 to Exeter.
Shrewsbury also lost but are six points clear of danger and should be safe, while its the same story for Cambridge who picked up a point at home to Charlton.
Pompey promotion celebrations on hold
Leaders Portsmouth have to wait for another day to seal their promotion to the Championship after a hard-fought 1-1 draw with Bolton.
The Trotters slip four points behind Derby, who enjoyed a convincing 3-0 win at home to Leyton Orient, but do have a game in hand to push themselves closer to the Rams.
It was triumph to disaster for Peterborough. A week on from their EFL Trophy win at Wembley they were hammered 5-0 by Oxford to all but end their automatic promotion hopes.
Oxford's win gave their goal difference a power of good and consolidated sixth.
Blackpool's win moves them above Lincoln who lost 2-1 to Wigan and Stevenage's play-off hopes are pretty much over after defeat against Burton.
